MoneyBoost Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MoneyBoost, published by Trident Pixels (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

This Policy applies to the MoneyBoost mobile app and any features, content, and services we offer through it. By using MoneyBoost, you agree that your information will be handled as described here.

    Coins earned and spent, redemption requests, payout details you submit (for example UPI ID or voucher delivery email), timestamps, and status.

    Referral codes and links, referring users, campaign parameters, and attribution data from app stores or attribution providers.
  • Support communications
    Messages you send to our support or business email, plus any information you include in those communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate MoneyBoost
    Create and maintain your account, calculate Coins, show offers, and process withdrawals or vouchers where available.
  • Improve the app
    Analyse usage to fix bugs, improve performance, and plan new features.
  • Personalize content
    Show more relevant offers, rewards, and app experiences based on your region and behaviour, where permitted.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
    Detect fake installs, fake referrals, unusual device patterns, or other abuse that harms the platform or partners.

    Send important messages such as OTP codes, account alerts, payout updates, and other necessary notifications. Where allowed, we may also send optional announcements or tips that you can control in settings or your device.
  • Comply with law
    Meet legal, regulatory, anti-fraud, and reporting obligations where applicable.

5. Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers
    Vendors that provide hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and similar services under appropriate data protection terms.
  • Advertising, offer, and attribution partners
    Networks and offer providers that run campaigns or confirm if an offer action is eligible for a reward. Some partners may collect data directly via SDKs or web views according to their own privacy policies.
  • Payment and payout partners
    Providers involved in paying out rewards, vouchers, or similar benefits, including their fraud and compliance checks.
  • Legal / safety
    Authorities or other parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or comply with legal processes.

  • Account and rewards data is kept while your account is active.
  • Some records (for example payouts and logs) may be kept after account closure to meet legal, tax, or anti-fraud requirements.
  • When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical and legally allowed.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure, using strong device lock methods, and not sharing OTP codes or verification messages with others.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights such as:

  • Accessing the personal data we hold about you.
  • Requesting correction of inaccurate data.
  • Requesting deletion of certain data or your account.
  • Objecting to or restricting specific processing.
  • Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

You can also adjust some preferences directly in the app or in your device settings (for example notifications or ad preferences) where such controls are available.

9. Children’s Privacy

MoneyBoost is not directed to children below the minimum age required to use such services in their country (for example, 13 years or the age set by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child has used MoneyBoost in violation of this Policy, contact us so we can review and act.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make important changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may also display a notice in the app. If you continue to use MoneyBoost after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Policy.
