MoneyBoost Terms of Use

1. Introduction

MoneyBoost is a rewards and earning application where users can complete tasks, participate in offers, and use in-app features to collect virtual coins and other rewards. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You may use MoneyBoost only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country.
• You use the Service only in countries or regions where it is made available.
• You provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your device, OTP codes, and login methods secure.

3. Use of the Service

You agree that you will not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPN abuse, or automation to generate fake traffic or rewards.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Create fake identities, impersonate others, or run multiple abusive accounts.

4. Virtual Coins & Rewards

Inside MoneyBoost, you can earn virtual coins (“Coins”) or similar rewards by completing eligible activities shown in the app.

• Coins are a virtual reward only and are not legal tender, a bank balance, or stored-value instrument.
• Conversion displays (for example, coins to local currency) are reference values used to calculate potential payouts and may change over time.
• We may correct your Coin balance if we detect errors, bugs, or fraud.
• Coins may expire or be forfeited if your account is inactive for an extended period or if required by changes to the program.

5. Payment & Payout Terms

In supported regions, you may be able to redeem Coins for payouts such as UPI transfers or digital vouchers (for example shopping or gift cards). Availability and options may vary by country and can be changed at any time.

• Minimum thresholds: You must meet the minimum Coin balance or other criteria displayed in the app before submitting a payout request.
• Methods: Supported payout methods (UPI, vouchers, and any others) are listed inside the app and can be updated, restricted, or removed.
• Processing time: Payout requests are processed in order and may take time to complete. No instant or guaranteed processing time is promised.
• Verification / KYC: We may ask for additional verification or information before approving or releasing payouts, especially where suspicious activity is detected.
• Details accuracy: You are fully responsible for the accuracy of payout details you submit (UPI ID, email, phone number, etc.). We are not liable for payouts sent to incorrect details provided by you.
• Fees & taxes: Certain providers may charge fees. You are responsible for any taxes or obligations arising from your payouts under local law.
• No guarantee of earnings: We do not guarantee that any specific amount can be earned. Offers, rates, and limits can change at any time.
• Reversal / hold: We may place a hold on, delay, or reverse a payout if we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or technical / partner issues.

Any attempt to artificially trigger payouts (fake installs, fake referrals, offer abuse, or similar manipulation) can result in immediate suspension, loss of Coins and payouts, and a permanent ban.

6. Third-Party Offers & Links

MoneyBoost may show offers, surveys, or tasks provided by advertisers, offerwalls, or other third-party partners.

• Completion rules (for example, install and open, register, purchase, reach a level) are defined by the third-party partner.
• Reward approval usually depends on confirmation from that partner. If they do not approve or report fraud / incomplete action, we cannot grant Coins for that offer.
• Third-party sites, apps, or services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review independently.

7. Prohibited Use, Fraud & Abuse

You must not engage in behaviour such as:

• Running the app on emulators or modified environments for abuse.
• Using auto-clickers, device farms, or other methods to fake engagement.
• Self-referral by creating additional accounts to claim referral rewards.
• Attempting to bypass tracking, security, or anti-fraud systems.

We may suspend, terminate, or restrict your account and cancel balances if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by networks, third-party partners, platforms, or force majeure events.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MoneyBoost.
• Where allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the total value of payouts actually processed to you in the 3 months before a claim is made.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MoneyBoost, or part of the Service, at any time if:

• You break these Terms or applicable law.
• We detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or suspicious use.
• We decide to discontinue or significantly change the Service.

You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing moneyboost@tridentpixels.com from your registered email, or by following the info at tridentpixels.com/moneyboost/accountdelete.html .

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may also show a notice in the app. Continuing to use MoneyBoost after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
