- If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or use the Services.

4 License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Services on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly permit otherwise.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Trident Pixels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display such User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

- Do not modify, hack, or interfere with the Services, servers, or networks.

- We may implement technical measures to detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
If we suspect cheating or abuse, we may take enforcement actions, including warnings, temporary or permanent bans, reset of scores or progress, or other measures we deem appropriate.
8 Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party SDKs and services (such as authentication providers, analytics, cloud saves, or advertising networks).
- These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
- Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. Please review their terms and policies before using them.
- For details on how third-party tools handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
9 Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
Some Services offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are generally processed by the relevant app store (such as Google Play or the App Store) under their terms and billing rules.
- Prices, features, and availability may change from time to time.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them in your platform account settings before the renewal date.
- Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
- Refunds are typically handled by the app store platform, subject to their policies, unless applicable law requires us to process them directly.
We may offer limited-time promotions or discounts. Such offers are subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
10 Virtual Items & Currencies
Some Services may include virtual items, coins, energy, skins, or similar digital content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:
- Have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or any real-world equivalents.
- Are personal, limited, non-transferable, and for use only within the applicable Service.
- May be earned through gameplay or purchased via the app store where offered.
- May be modified, limited, discontinued, or revoked by us at any time, with or without notice, to maintain game balance or for technical/legal reasons.
We are not responsible for loss of Virtual Items or progress due to device issues, uninstallations, changing devices without proper backup/sync, or misconduct.
11 Online Features & Leaderboards
Some Services may offer online features such as multiplayer modes, events, leaderboards, cloud saves, or social features.
- Such features require a stable internet connection and compatible device/platform account.
- We may moderate, reset, or remove scores or rankings suspected to result from cheating or technical issues.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features at any time, for example for maintenance or business reasons.
12 Betas, Trials & Test Builds
From time to time, we may offer early access, beta versions, test builds, or experimental features. These may be incomplete, unstable, or contain more bugs than the normal release.
- Features, progress, and Virtual Items in beta or test builds may be changed, reset, or removed at any time.
- We may collect additional diagnostics or feedback to improve pre-release versions.
- Access to beta or test builds may be limited and can be revoked at our discretion.
13 Promotions & Contests
Promotions, events, giveaways, or contests run by Trident Pixels may be subject to separate official rules. In case of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will govern for that promotion.
14 Device Permissions & Connectivity
Some features of the Services may require access to certain device functions (such as notifications, storage, camera, microphone, sensors, or location).
- Permission requests will be presented by your device or the app itself, and you can accept or deny them.
- You can usually change or revoke permissions at any time in your device’s settings.
- Your mobile network or internet provider may charge data fees for using online features.
15 Open-Source Components
The Services may contain or make use of open-source software components. Each component is licensed under its own license terms. Where required, acknowledgements and license texts are provided within the app, the project, or associated documentation.
16 Copyright / DMCA
If you believe that material within the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at support@tridentpixels.com with:

We may remove or restrict access to content while we investigate such notices and may take other appropriate actions.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRIDENT PIXELS FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW.

You and Trident Pixels agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring your claim in another jurisdiction.
21 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms or other applicable policies.
- Your use poses a security, technical, or legal risk to us or others.
- We discontinue the Service for business, legal, or technical reasons.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Services. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
22 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Services, in legal requirements, or in our business practices.
- When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” and version at the top of this page.
- In some cases, we may also provide additional notice within the app or via other appropriate channels.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them.
